It was an over all great experience. Hired two 20 seater (modified 26 seater) tempo traveller and one inova crysta car.Temo traveller are as good as expected.It'sseats were modified and comfortable, charging slots were working, sanitization was good.Faced little bit difficulty in city roads of shimala, manali and Dharamshala due to traffic because of its bigger size. On hill roads it run smooth. Management staff were good and cooperative. Drivers were also good and cooperative. You can rent without any hesitation from this franchise. I have contacted urban cruise for a trip from Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Delhi. Mayra helped me through out from suggesting the right vehicle to the very end of the trip. Everything done professionally. Shared all the contacts one day before and she was always available on WhatsApp and calls. There was no problem in the whole journey. Even when we visited place out of the itinerary she spoke to the driver and coordinated well. We went to Mussoorie for 2 nights 3 days trip, with a group of 15 pax including kids, everything went well and we had a wonderful trip altogether. We have booked a 12 seater traveller although we have got a 17 seater one which is quite big enough to travel easily especially when you have kids. Our travel advisor was Ms. Renu, she is very co-operative, helpful, listens to us and clarifies each n every single thing patiently, and this was the only reason we have booked through Urban Cruise, as online there are chances that you get scammed easily, one cant trust anyone. But yes after talking to her ( Ms.Renu) we were relieved that it will go smoothly. A little ups n downs were there but they are manageable. Driver was trained to drive especially during this rainy season in the hilly areas. We recommend everyone to plan your trip with Urban Cruise, as they provide the best services in reasonable prices. I along with my brother and family had hired a 12 seater during our Delhi - Agra tour for 3 and half days. The services of the company was highly satisfactory. The airport pick up and drop were on time and the vehicle and driver were with us throughout the trip. The PoC Ms Rashmi was in touch throughout and was a great help. The charges were reasonable and competitive and payments spead over. There is scope for improving the driver's services especially during parking at various places. We used Urban Cruise's Tempo Traveler bus service from Delhi to Rishikesh, 6 days internal travel within Rishikesh & Haridwar and back to Delhi from Haridwar. The bus was in good condition and we did not face any breakdown anywhere of any sort. Thank you for the good bus service. Hi everyone, I hired a 12-seater Maharaja Tempo Traveller from Urban Cruise for Delhi Jim Corbett for 3 days. Exceptionally I found their service excellent. The driver was excellent. Tempo Traveller was very good as shown by them in the picture. Pricing was also excellent. Although slightly on a higher sight they provided high-quality vehicles, drivers, and service.
