Clients reviews about URBAN CRUISE Car & Bus Rental in Delhi

~ Deepak K

We booked a Force Traveller from Urban Cruise for a 4-day family trip and the overall experience was very good. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made long travel hours easy, especially for elders and kids. Our driver, Anil ji, was humble, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey throughout. While the pricing was on the higher side, the comfort, reliability, and peace of mind we received made it largely worth it. Special thanks to Ms. Chitra for her excellent coordination and prompt support, which made the entire arrangement seamless. With slightly more competitive pricing, Urban Cruise would be a clear first choice. Overall, a dependable service that I’d recommend for family and group travel ~ Zaheeruddin S

Had a great experience with the travel agency during our recent trip. The overall service was very professional and well managed throughout the journey. They proactively shared multiple contact numbers for support in case of any issue, which was really helpful and reassuring. The vehicle provided was comfortable, and the driver was skilled, and cooperative throughout the trip, making the travel experience smooth and enjoyable. One small point for improvement would be that the TV and a few speakers in the vehicle were not working, which can be looked into for future trips. A special thanks to Mayra for being constantly available and acting as the point of contact throughout the trip. Really appreciated the coordination and support. ~ Abhishek M

We booked Force Urbania 12 seater (1x1) online. Our contact person in Urban Cabs was Ms Radhika who was also the coordinator for our trip. We were on a 3 day family trip to Amritsar and Chandigarh. Ms Radhika gave very good deal which was absolutely transparent and there were no hidden costs. We got a very good vehicle which was exactly what was promised by Ms Radhika. Thank you for that. We had booked Force Urbania through Urban Cruise for our trip to Shoghi, Shimla from Delhi for attending a wedding in close family relation, 9th to 11th May 2026. Suhani, our trip organiser was very helpful right from the start in understanding our requirements & then giving us best possible package. My whole experience was very satisfying as Suhani had explained & had shared our trip details well in advance & the whole trip went accordingly as planned. The vehicle was provided as it was shown in the photographs, very clean, tidy & comfortable. Our driver Ritesh Ji was very courteous & had driven with safety following all traffic rules. He was well aware of the route & in fact suggested some nice food outlets which also made this journey worth remembering. My in-laws had also accompanied us & this journey turned out comfortable for them too. I would surely recommend Urban Cruise not only for our next trip but also for other travellers. ~ Chinmesh A

~ Ankit T

I have contacted urban cruise for a trip from Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Delhi. Mayra helped me through out from suggesting the right vehicle to the very end of the trip. Everything done professionally. Shared all the contacts one day before and she was always available on WhatsApp and calls. There was no problem in the whole journey. Even when we visited place out of the itinerary she spoke to the driver and coordinated well. I along with my brother and family had hired a 12 seater during our Delhi - Agra tour for 3 and half days. The services of the company was highly satisfactory. The airport pick up and drop were on time and the vehicle and driver were with us throughout the trip. The PoC Ms Rashmi was in touch throughout and was a great help. The charges were reasonable and competitive and payments spead over. There is scope for improving the driver's services especially during parking at various places. Overall, it was a very good experience with Urban Cruise. ~ Alex M

We went to Mussoorie for 2 nights 3 days trip, with a group of 15 pax including kids, everything went well and we had a wonderful trip altogether. We have booked a 12 seater traveller although we have got a 17 seater one which is quite big enough to travel easily especially when you have kids. Our travel advisor was Ms. Renu, she is very co-operative, helpful, listens to us and clarifies each n every single thing patiently, and this was the only reason we have booked through Urban Cruise, as online there are chances that you get scammed easily, one cant trust anyone. But yes after talking to her ( Ms.Renu) we were relieved that it will go smoothly. A little ups n downs were there but they are manageable. Driver was trained to drive especially during this rainy season in the hilly areas. We recommend everyone to plan your trip with Urban Cruise, as they provide the best services in reasonable prices. Special thanks to Ms.Renu. Sharing some glimpses of the same. ~ Afifa N

We used Urban Cruise's Tempo Traveler bus service from Delhi to Rishikesh, 6 days internal travel within Rishikesh & Haridwar and back to Delhi from Haridwar. The bus was in good condition and we did not face any breakdown anywhere of any sort. Thank you for the good bus service. We spent more time in the bus than in our rooms because of our extensive schedule. Thak you Kanika for your support and Guddu driver for the service throughout the trip. There was a lot of traffic and road blocks in all the places, but Guddu managed well. ~ Nitin P
